S136 steel has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which can meet the high-demand injection molding process. At the same time, the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, which ensures the stability and durability of the mold under long-term use.
In the injection molding process, we chose PP (polypropylene) material as the raw material of the product. PP material has excellent physical properties and chemical stability, which can meet the use requirements of filter products. Through precise injection molding process and parameter setting, we ensure the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of the product.
