This product is an multi material mold for insert mould. The injection molding product material is PA6+30%GF. PA6+30%GF exhibits better heat resistance compared to unfilled PA6. The glass fibers help dissipate heat and provide thermal stability, making it suitable for applications where parts may be exposed to elevated temperatures. PA6 is known for its good chemical resistance, and the addition of glass fibers does not compromise this property significantly. It remains resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, expanding its applicability in various industries.
