The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The PVC pipe manufacturing process typically involves extrusion. In this process, PVC resin is melted and forced through the PVC pipe mold, which imparts the shape of the mold onto the material. As the molten PVC passes through the mold, it cools and solidifies to form a rigid pipe with the desired specifications. The surface finish of the cavity is B2, the product has no flash, no defect, and the size is very stable. Designing a PVC pipe mold requires engineering expertise to ensure that the resulting pipes meet industry standards, have the necessary structural integrity, and are suited for their intended applications. The mold must be precise to create consistent pipes with accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces.
