Structure of Medical Injection Mold:
1.Pouring System : The melted rubber material is directed through the nozzle of the injection machine to the passage in the mold cavity, which is composed of cold feeding well, gate, main flow way and diverter way .
2. Guiding Part : plays the role of guiding and positioning, and is composed of a guide sleeve and a guide pillar to ensure that the precision alignment can be achieved during mold closing.
3. Release Organization : including thimble, ejector rod, roof and pneumatic ejector, etc., used to complete the release and pouring system of medical injection parts.
4. Core Pulling Organization : for the medical device injection parts with side concave and measuring holes, it is necessary to remove the mold by side core pulling or sliding block before stripping.
5. Mold Conditioning System : meet the requirements of injection molding process for mold temperature, with the equipment for adjusting mold temperature .
6. Exhaust System : The exhaust groove is opened on the parting surface of the mold to smoothly discharge the gas in the mold cavity. The gap between the pushing rod or other moving parts of many molds can also obtain the exhaust effect .

1.This mold is made of S136 stainless steel. It is a martensitic stainless steel, with a strong corrosion resistance, high hardness and great deformation resistance. S136 stainless steel service life of more than 500,000 times.
