This mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained.The surface finish of the cavity is VDI24, the product has no flash, no defect, and the size is very stable.
