This is a custom-made Aero Interior Parts Mould that features a cold runner system. A cold runner is a channel system inside the mold that precisely guides the molten plastic from the injection molding machine to the mold cavity. The cold runner remains solid during the molding process and is separated from the finished product after molding.

We chose high-quality S136 mold insert steel to build this mold. S136 steel is highly favored in the field of injection mold manufacturing due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high polishability and excellent machinability.

The mold cavity configuration is 1x1, which means that one aircraft seat part can be produced per injection molding cycle, ensuring efficient production capacity.
