The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The materials used for both the inserts and the injected plastic needed to be carefully selected to ensure they bond effectively without causing warping or other issues during cooling. Achieving a uniform and high-quality surface finish on the molded part, particularly around the insert area, required precise control of the molding parameters and attention to the mold's surface treatment, the surface finish of the cavity is powder coating.
