TPU mobile phone case mold, it belongs to our BMC Communication Devices Mould. Using H13 mold steel with hardness of HRC48-52 for mold making, mold life can reach 500,00 shots or more. The mold cavity is designed as 1*1 cavity, and the surface finish of the cavity is treated with VDI 24. We use TPU material in injection molding production. TPU material is a recyclable thermoplastic material, which is friendly to the environment and has excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance. It can protect the mobile phone very well and is very suitable for mobile phones manufacturing of shells.
