This combination of material offers enhanced mechanical and thermal properties. Molds used for PPA+40GF injection molding offer several advantages that contribute to the production of high-performance parts. The addition of 40% glass fibers significantly enhances the material's tensile strength, impact resistance, and overall mechanical performance, making it suitable for demanding applications. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained.
