Structural Description of Connector Injection Mold：
The structure of the joint injection mold mainly includes the following parts:
1. Pouring system: The pouring system is a channel that leads the plastic melt from the nozzle of the injection machine to the mold cavity, including the main channel, diverter channel, gate and cold hole. The main channel connects the injector nozzle and the diverter or cavity, the top of which is concave to connect with the nozzle. The cold material hole is arranged at the end of the main stream passage to trap cold material and prevent it from mixing into the cavity.
2. Forming parts: these parts constitute the shape of the product, including moving die, fixed die, cavity, core, forming rod and so on. The core forms the inner surface of the product, and the cavity forms the outer surface of the product. Sometimes the core and cavity are composed of several pieces, or inserts are used in parts that are easily damaged and difficult to process.
3. Guide component: guide component ensures that the moving and fixed die can be accurately aligned when closed. It is usually composed of a guide post and a guide sleeve. These parts ensure smooth and reliable mold movement.

1.This mold is made of S136 stainless steel. It is a martensitic stainless steel, with a strong corrosion resistance, high hardness and great deformation resistance. S136 stainless steel service life of more than 500,000 times.
