Design of Unscrew Cap Mould：

1.Structural Features‌: Screw cap mold usually adopts three-plate mold structure, with 1 mold 12 Cavity layout. The internal structure of the mold includes a Huff slider and a threaded core. The Huff slider is used to form the external structure of the plastic part, and the threaded core is used to form the internal thread. Plastic parts are mostly ABS or HDPE, with high hardness and molding requirements ‌.

2. ‌Parting Surface Design‌: Parting surface is usually selected at the maximum section of the plastic parts, the fixed model core and the moving model core adopt the impact structure, and the internal thread forming structure is arranged on the moving model core. In order to prevent the plastic part from rotating with the threaded core, the external surface of the plastic part is designed with grooves, which play a key role in the release.
