1. Mold design:
According to the size, shape and performance requirements of the harvester joystick, a reasonable injection mould structure is designed. This involves details such as the normal standard of the mold core and analysis before processing to ensure that the mold can accurately replicate the required product.

2. mold making
According to the design drawings, the mold is initially processed, including cutting, grinding, drilling and other processes.
Then heat treatment is carried out to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the mold. The mold engineer shall test and analyze the hardness and metallographic structure of the workpiece after heat treatment to ensure that there are no problems such as offset, scars, sand inclusions, etc.
Electrode processing, according to the standards of electrode processing, two types of processing are carried out, and the data is strictly registered to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the processing quantity.
Wire cutting processing, during processing, it is necessary to always pay attention to the standards of each accessory to ensure that the matching clearance of the insert hole and the ejector hole is accurate.

injection molding production:
1. Preparation stage:
Select the appropriate injection molding machine and mold, install and debug the equipment.
Prepare the required raw materials, and mix and pre-treat them according to production requirements.
2. Injection molding stage:
Heat the raw materials to a molten state and then inject them into the mold cavity.
During the injection process, the mold should be kept at a constant temperature to prevent the melt from cooling prematurely.
After the injection is completed, the pressure is maintained and cooled to allow the plastic melt to fully solidify in the mold.
3. Post-processing stage:
After cooling, open the mold and take out the injection molded parts.
Perform quality inspection on the injection molded parts, including inspections of size, appearance, performance, etc.
Repair or scrap unqualified injection molded parts.
