On this sunny morning, our company welcomed a distinguished team of customer representatives who came to our production base to conduct on-site acceptance of the recently customized flosser parts mould project. This acceptance not only marks an important milestone in the cooperation project between the two parties, but also a comprehensive review of our manufacturing process and quality control capabilities.
The Flosser Nozzle Mould project accepted this time has attracted much attention since its establishment. Our technical team adheres to the core concept of "keep improving and pursue excellence", strictly controls every link from design to processing, and strives to achieve every detail to the extreme.
At the acceptance site, our company's person in charge introduced the design ideas, production process and performance test results of the mold to the customer in detail. The customer representatives checked the various indicators of the injection mould one by one, from precise dimension measurement to complex matching test, each item was strictly carried out in accordance with the established standards. After a series of rigorous and detailed inspections, the customer gave a high evaluation of the quality of our plastic molds, believing that it fully met or even exceeded the expected goals.
After the acceptance, the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions. At the same time, the customer also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions, which pointed out the direction for our subsequent technical improvement and service optimization.
